TO RESERVE:

A 50% deposit of the total booking is required to secure the property within 7 days of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to your rental check-in date. The final balance for Christmas and New Years bookings is due 90 days prior to arrival.

We accept cashier's cheques, money orders, bank drafts or wire transfers or direct bank deposit (if you live in Canada) for the initial deposit. The final payment must be made by money order, bank draft, wire transfer or direct bank deposit (if you live in Canada). Please inquiry about payment by wire transfer. We're sorry, credit cards are not accepted at this time.

All rates are subject to change without notice, but your booking will be honoured at the quoted rate once the initial deposit has been received.

The occupancy of the property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit is a direct violation of our rental agreement and a penalty of $100.00 US per extra person per night will be levied and you could be asked to vacate the premises.

CHECK-IN time is 3:00 P.M. (Sunset Retreat is 4:00 PM)

CHECK-OUT time is 11:00 A.M. (Sunset Retreat is 10:00 AM)

PLEASE NOTE: As all HolidayPlacesOnline.com properties are non-smoking homes, we invite to you smoke outside or on the patio only, please. Well behaved pet MAY be allowed at some of the properties, so please inquire.

Cancellation Policy:

We recommend trip cancellation insurance. We hope you don't have to cancel, but if it happens:

	During any cancellation, a $250.00 non-refundable fee will be charged in addition to:
	From time of booking to 151 days prior to arrival, money received is 90% refundable
	150 to 90 days prior to arrival , money received is 80% refundable
	45 to 89 days prior to arrival , money received is 40% refundable
	44 or less days prior to arrival total amount paid is non-refundable (88 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)
	In all cases, if the property can be rebooked for the same dates and at the same rate you will receive a full refund, less the non-refundable cancellation fee
	Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and a confirmation of receipt will be issued.
